Nine has bought the media rights agreements to English Premier League and FA Cup games from Optus Sport, with the streaming service shutting down after a nine-year run. Having a look at SubHub, it looks like there is a deal for Optus customers to sign up for Stan at a discounted rate that includes all of Stan’s content up until January. If I’m reading the FAQ right, the $9.99/month will still be charged after January but you’ll lose access to everything else (I’m assuming that means Stan’s current sport offering).
